Privacy Policy
SlueHub exists so families can coordinate life's important moments in private. Your family's coordination space is not a data product.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored only as a secure hash — we cannot read it).
- What your family puts into SlueHub: hubs, projects, contributions, expenses, documents, photos, tasks, events, and comments.
- Operational records: an audit trail of security-relevant actions (logins, uploads, approvals, exports) with timestamps and IP addresses, kept to protect your hub's integrity.
What we never do
- We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- We never use tracking or analytics cookies — see the Cookie Policy.
- We never read your documents or photos except as required to operate the service (for example, virus-scanning or serving a file you requested).
- AI features are advisory only, run on the content your role already lets you see, and never make changes on their own.
Who can see your content
- Your content is visible only to members of your hub, controlled by roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer) and per-document visibility settings.
- SlueHub staff do not browse your content. Limited access may occur when required to fix a fault you report, or when the law requires it.
- Files are stored privately and served through expiring signed links — there are no public URLs.
Your rights and controls
- Export your personal data anytime from Settings → Privacy & Account.
- Leave a hub whenever your financial records allow it (verified records are preserved for the family's ledger integrity).
- Ask us to delete your account by contacting support — we will remove personal data that isn't required for other members' verified records.
Where data lives
- SlueHub runs on reputable cloud infrastructure (database, cache, and object storage). Transactional email and phone verification are delivered by specialist providers who receive only the minimum needed (your address or number and the message).
- All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
