Terms of Service

Plain language, no traps. Using SlueHub means you agree to the terms below.

The service

SlueHub gives families and trusted groups a private space to organize projects, shared finances, documents, tasks, calendars, and communication. During beta the service is provided as-is while we polish it — expect occasional rough edges and back up anything critical.

Your account

You must provide accurate details and verify your email and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your password safe (we enforce a strong password policy and offer reset tools). One account per person; each email and phone number can back only one account.

Your content

Everything your family puts into SlueHub remains yours. You give us only the limited license needed to store it, back it up, and show it to the hub members your roles and visibility settings allow. Deleting content follows the app's deletion and archive policies — verified financial records are preserved so the family ledger stays trustworthy.

Acceptable use

Don't use SlueHub to break the law, to harass people, to store malware, or to access hubs you weren't invited to. Hub invitations require acceptance and admin approval — don't try to route around that. We may suspend accounts that put other families' data at risk.

Financial records

SlueHub records and reconciles what your family reports — it is a coordination ledger, not a bank, payment processor, or financial advisor. Verification badges mean a hub admin confirmed a record, not that SlueHub moved or holds money.

AI features

AI in SlueHub is advisory only: it summarizes, searches, and suggests. It never approves expenses, changes permissions, deletes records, or modifies verified records. Always check important numbers yourself.

Ending things

You can leave hubs and export your personal data anytime from settings, or ask support to delete your account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms; where practical you'll get a chance to export first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SlueHub and CodeBreeder are not liable for indirect damages or data loss during beta beyond what we can reasonably control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.
